A community running and walking event in Lüneburg supporting environmental projects, featuring a 6.2km main run and a 1km children's run.

Pacemakers will be available for the main run (Hauptlauf). Target times per start wave are published on the Renntag für Laufende page. Pacers help runners maintain their desired pace and are identified by pacer flags.

Who can participate?
Everyone — individuals and teams are welcome. Children up to born 2015 join the Kinderlauf; walkers of any age join the 6.2 km walk.
What distances are offered and when do they start?
Kinderlauf (1 km) at 17:30; Hauptlauf (6.2 km) at 18:00; Walker (6.2 km) at 17:30.
What is included in the entry fee?
Race bib, chip timing, and a finisher medal.
Are there prizes?
Yes — prizes include Laufschuhe for the fastest in youth categories and gift vouchers sponsored by local businesses.
Is there a participation limit?
Yes — maximum 750 runners for the Hauptlauf, 150 children for the Kinderlauf, and 100 walkers.
