The Mackinac Island Eight Mile Road Race is a scenic road race that takes runners on a clockwise tour of Mackinac Island, starting at Mission Point Resort and finishing along the lakeshore lawn. The race features Victorian streets, shoreline views of the Mackinac Bridge, and is known as one of Michigan’s oldest and most scenic summer races.
