Catering & aid stations
Water and electrolyte stations along the course; energy gels at mid and late checkpoints; finish-line refreshments provided.
Pacers
Pacers will lead the 10 km and 5 km waves according to the Renntag schedule at designated pace groups; follow the Pacerflaggen on course for your start wave and target times published on the day-of schedule.
