A festive 5K run/walk featuring live Mariachi music along the course, culminating in a post-run fiesta with food, drinks, and entertainment. 5K (3.1 miles), also a 1K kids run.

Water stations on course. Post-race festival includes free tacos and beer (21+) plus aid stations.

Pacemaker/Pacer groups are scheduled on the Renntag für Laufende page: Speedy Gonzalez (all runners), Slow poke Rodriguez (“Tranquilito” joggers), and Walkers/Strollers waves. Check the event schedule for assigned target times per wave.

Is chip timing required?
Chip timing is optional for $5; all runners, walkers, and strollers are welcome.
What should I bring?
Bring a sombrero, sarape, folkloric skirt, guitar, or trumpet to join the Mariachi Fiesta along the course.
Is there a kids run?
Yes, a 1K run for kids ages 7–12 starts at 9:00 AM; participants receive a race bib and a kids’ finisher medal.
Are refunds allowed?
All entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. This policy is acknowledged at registration and applies even for injury or emergencies.
