The MedStar Health Baltimore Women's Classic 5K presented by New Balance is a women-only 5K race in Baltimore welcoming women and girls of all abilities, featuring awards, prize money, and a post-race party.

Catering & aid stations

Water and sports drink stations are provided on-course. Portable toilets are available at aid stations; no cash concessions are available.

Pacers

Pacemakers will be present on the course with designated pace groups shown on the race-day schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacers display pacekeeper flags to guide participants through target split times.

The race starts at 7:30 AM.

Can I walk the race?

Yes, you can run, walk, or dance—whatever works best for you.

Can men participate?

The Baltimore Women's Classic is a women-only race. Men may not participate in the race but are welcome to cheer or volunteer.

Can kids participate?

Girls who are able to walk/run the 5K may participate—sign them up accordingly, and a guardian over 18 must sign the waiver. Jogging strollers are welcome; start at the back of your corral and be mindful of runners passing.

Yes! Groups of 5 or more can form a team. There is a prize for the largest team.

Where can I park?

Several parking options are available; nearby garages include Harbor Park Garage (1-minute walk), Pier 5 Parking (9-minute walk), LAZ Inner Harbor Garage (5-minute walk), Baltimore Street Garage (6-minute walk), and Premium Parking - Calvert Street (6-minute walk). Traffic can be heavy on southbound I-83/President Street near race time.
