About
The Genoa Half Marathon is run on a breathtaking course with departure and arrival in the Old Port. Athletes will be able to admire the main places of interest of the city: the Aquarium of Genoa, the central square (Piazza De Ferrari), the seaside village of Boccadasse, the 19th-century Via XX Settembre and the Sopraelevata road, which for one day will be reserved only for runners.
Catering & aid stations
Refreshments will be provided along the route, ensuring all participants stay hydrated and energized. A final refreshment will be available at the finish line.
Pacers
Pacemakers are available for the half marathon to help runners achieve their target times. They will have balloons indicating their pace, which includes 1h24', 1h30', 1h35', 1h40', 1h45', 1h50', 1h55', 2h00', and 2h15'. Participation includes pacemaker services as part of the registration fee.
