About
The Fairbanks Daily News-Miner Midnight Sun Run is overseen by the nonprofit organization Midnight Sun Run, Inc. Proceeds from the race benefit local non-profit and race producer Fairbanks Resource Agency (FRA). “We are pleased to be involved in such a time-honored community event,” said FRA Executive Director Emily Ennis. “Our agency will bring a lot of talent and energy to make Fairbanks’ signature summer event a fantastic success.”

The course is supported by pacers for a range of target times listed on race day; look for Pacer flag bins on course signage. Pacers help runners maintain target splits and provide encouragement.

Yes — costumes are encouraged. There are themed categories with prizes in Individual, Team, and Youth 12 & Under divisions.
