About

A premier ultra-running event hosted by the Ohio mountain running club, featuring 50-mile and 100-mile trail races through the 5,000-acre Mohican Memorial State Forest. The race draws hundreds of runners annually and serves as a qualifier for UTMB Western States 100.

Catering & aid stations

On-course aid stations stock Coke, Canada Dry Ginger Ale, Mountain Dew, ramen chicken noodles, vegetable broth, potato chips, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, bananas, Clementine oranges, cookies (individual bag), instant coffee, iodized salt, candy (M&Ms Plain, trail mix, Honey), Hammer Heed Electrolyte, and Hammer Gels. Runners may also purchase Cub Country BBQ and Great Lakes Brewing craft beers.

Pacers

Pacers are used to help runners maintain target times. On race day, 100-mile and 50-mile start waves are separated to support pacing needs per distance.
