About
Molde 7 Topper is a running event in Molde with routes passing Romsdalsmuseet, up to the Seven Summits and back. The competition includes M7T and M3T over both demanding and varying terrain.
Catering & aid stations
Three main drink stations along the route: Moldevatnet (juice and banana), Holsbekken (sports drinks), Skihytta (water and cola).
Pacers
Pacemakers will lead the M7T and M3T in the competitive classes. Target times per start wave are set for both M7T and M3T. Pacers are equipped with flags to help participants maintain the correct pace.
