A fun-filled 5K community celebration supporting children in the Edmonds School District. Participants lace up their shoes (and costumes) to run, walk, or wag across the finish line, with online registration opening soon.
Pacers
The event will be paced using Red Robin Pacer flags on the course. Target times per start wave will be provided on the race day schedule at https://foundationesd.org/5k/. Pacers help keep runners on pace and should not be confused with official timing.

How much does it cost to participate?
Standard pre-registration is $35 for adults 19+; youth 13–18 is $20; children 0–12 is $10. Virtual Runner registration is $35. Prices increase to $40 on October 2nd.
What is the race day schedule?
Race day is October 3, 2026. Registration/packet pickup opens at 8:00 AM; the 5K start time is 8:00 AM.
Can I register on the day of the race?
Yes, in-person registration is available day-of from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM.
