About

La Monthey d'Illiez is a mountain running race popular with the public, featuring runner categories and a shortened route for children. It takes place in the historic center of Monthey and crosses the Vieze bridges, with routes passing through the forest and finishing on the church forecourt in Val-d'Illiez.

Catering & aid stations

3 refreshment stations along the course; drinking water at each station; final arrival area offers water, drinks, pasta, raclette; race-day pasta ticket included with entry.

Pacers

Pacemakers are marked with Pacer flags on the course. Public start waves: Popular non-timed (09:15), adult timed runners (10:20), children from Troistorrents. On race day refer to target times per start wave.
