Mrs. McCormick's Ice House is a winter trail race on the Ontario County Park trails on January 16, 2027, with 4-mile loops and options for 1, 2, or 3 completions. New in 2027: a snowshoe race with run alternatives if conditions require changes. The event kicks off the Common Ground Winter Trail Series.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present for the running race with target times communicated via start waves on the day. The snowshoe option will start at 9:30 AM if conditions allow; running race starts at 10:00 AM. Registrants choose their option at registration; if snowshoe is canceled due to conditions, registrants may select a running option.
