Do I need to time my run?

No — this event is non-timed. Participants aim to stay together in group waves, but there is no official timing or competition.

How much does it cost?

Registration is 15€ if you sign up online in advance; 18€ on-site. The same fee applies to both the Nordic Walking (9.7 km) and Läufer (20 km) distances.

What should I bring?

Comfortable running/walking shoes, weather-appropriate clothing, and a positive spirit. Supportive attire for the start/finish area and a small amount of cash for on-site registration if needed.
