Yes. Individual registration requires a USAT membership number. Team (2–3 person) registration also requires USAT membership.

What are the age group categories and cutoff dates?

Age groups follow standard categories and use the athlete's age on December 31 of the event year.

Is there a kids race or family options?

Yes — the Kids Splash-N-Dash is offered for ages 5–10 and 11–15 with short swim and run distances; entry is free with a $10 USAT youth membership for insurance.
