What equipment is mandatory for the 100 km and 50 km distances?

Mandatory equipment includes backpack, wind- and waterproof jacket, emergency blanket, wool underwear (top + bottom), hat and gloves, fully charged GPS watch with the correct GPX file, fully charged cellphone with emergency number +47 47655018 stored, basic first aid kit (blood stoppers and bandages), cash and/or credit card, and a soft cup for checkpoints (optional).

Are there drop bags and where can I access them?

Yes. Two individual drop bags are provided at registration. For the 100 km, use drop bags at checkpoints. For the 50 km, drop bags are self-delivered to Shala Durga on Friday; later available for pickup at CP1 in Shala Durga 1st floor.

What is the cut-off time for the 50 km?

Cut-off time for the 50 km is 17:00 at CP - Syndinstøga (27 km). No cut-off time is listed for the aid station at 40 km.
