Water and Tailwind available each lap at the start area; no cups provided—runners must bring their own bottles. Tailwind Nutrition at the main hub aid station.
Pacers
Pacers will run flagged target paces per Startwelle shown on event signage; please follow pacers only if registered in the corresponding Startwelle. Pacers are provided for both the Allnighter Ultra and the Marathon to help runners maintain target splits.

What are the registration deadlines and fee changes?
Entry is taken until Dec 13. Fees: Allnighter Ultra $160 (until Oct 30), $180 (Oct 31–Nov 29), $220 (after Nov 29 and before race). Marathon $90 (until Oct 30), $100 (Oct 31–Nov 29), $120 (after Nov 29 and before race). AUTRA and STRIDERS members receive 10% discount.

The races start near Jamieson Park, off The Esplanade, Narrabeen, NSW 2101. The course is a 5.275 km out-and-back trail loop adjacent to Narrabeen Lake, with the marathon comprising 8 laps.
What facilities and support are provided?
Portable toilets and cold outdoor showers are available near the old clubhouse. Aid stations offer water and Tailwind; runners must carry their own bottles for the rest of each lap. Parking is in Jamieson Park and local streets (fees apply).
