An annual beach and coastal running event on Germany’s North Sea island of Juist, organized as a single-day race with multiple distance options along the scenic shore and dunes.
Catering & aid stations
Multiple aid stations along the course with water, sports drinks, and solid/soft food options at the start/finish area; exact station list and menu available nearer race day.
Pacers
On race day, pacers will be present with flagging for the target times per start wave. Refer to the event’s ‘Renntag für Laufende’ schedule for pace group times and flag colors; pacers aim to help runners maintain even pacing along the beach and dune course.
