What distances are offered?

Main course 10.6 km (~1,290 m elevation), Youth race ~2.5 km, and an adapted 1 km course for athletes with disabilities.

How do I register?

Register online via the official registration page or on-site on race day (subject to 800-place limit). Online pre-registration is recommended.

What time is the race?

Main race starts at 09:00; youth race at 12:00; adapted race at 11:45. Check-in and baggage drop open at 07:00.

Are there support and aid stations?

Yes, there are aid stations with food and drinks on course, and warm meals and first aid at the finish village.

Can I bring a stroller or wheelchair?

The adapted course is the only course suitable for wheelchairs; the main and youth courses are not wheelchair accessible.

Is there a prize or record bonus?

A CHF 1,000 bonus is offered for course record holders (men’s and women’s).
