The 100 mile race combines 50 miles run in-person on race day with 50 miles completed on your own within the event window; virtual miles can be done on the Poudre Trail or elsewhere and are submitted online.

Relay teams use a single support vehicle for exchanges at designated trailheads; teams decide leg splits and each runner completes one or more legs.
