About
A fun-filled adventure race around Normanby Hall’s cross-country course, featuring water, mud, sand, crawl nets and jumps — designed for athletes and families alike.
Pacers
Pacemakers set target times per Startwelle (5km Wave and 10km Classic) with Pacerflaggen on course. 5km Wave allows 1h 15min to complete the 5km and return in time for the 10km wave. The Classic 10km offers two laps of the course including a course “spa treatment” stop.
