About
The Norn Iron 100 is a multi‑stage ultra‑distance race set in Northern Ireland, featuring forest and trail sections with just‑off‑road running through Ballintoy, the Mournes and Goles Forest. The event offers 108 mile and shorter options (Mini 37 mile, marathon, half marathon) with on‑course support and staged aid stations.
Pacers
Pacemaker/Pacer information is announced on the event site ahead of the start. On the Renntag runners will see target times per start wave and flag markings for pacers; pacers will run with marked vests and are there to help participants maintain their target pace for each section.
