About

A short-distance evening triathlon — swim 750 m, bike 20 km, run 5 km — held as a festive "Evening-Session" with a relaxed, participative focus. The event also includes a separate Ostsee Staffelmarathon for longer-distance runners.

Catering & aid stations

On-course refreshment stations with drinks and snacks provided during the event.

Pacers

Pacemaker groups are announced for the triathlon with target times displayed on the event page ("Renntag für Laufende"). Pacer flags will be shown on race day to help participants maintain their desired pace.
