About
Pals In Motion is a community event supporting people with Parkinson’s disease, featuring a 5K run/walk, family-friendly activities, and fundraising to support wellness, creative movement, arts, education and research programs.
Catering & aid stations
On-course hydration and light refreshments provided at the finish area.
Pacers
Pace Pacers will be present for select start waves listed on the event schedule (Renntag) on race day; look for Pacer flag identifiers at the start corrals. Their target times per Startwelle are published on-site and align with planned splits for an enjoyable, supported group run.
