Penn 7 is the original and official 7 mile (≈11.3 km) road race — a family-friendly event with a fun run and Ruby Dash for younger runners, live music, and a food village.

FAQ
When and where do I pick up my race number?
Pre-entered competitors collect their chipped race number adjacent to the Entries tent on Tylers Green Common. Bring photo ID.
Can a friend run in my place if I can't attend?
Yes — notify pennseven@live.co.uk at least 2 days before the event with the replacement's name, address, date of birth, and contact details; there is no charge to reallocate.
Are headphones allowed during the race?
No — England Athletics bans headphones and any devices that cover or block the ears on events using public roads; use bone conduction headphones if needed.
Where are the water stations?
Water stations are positioned approximately every two miles along the course.
Where is first aid available?
First aid will be located on the Front Common — straight ahead after coming out of the Finish funnel.
