About

The Pfälzer Berglauf-Pokal is a series of five mountain runs in the Palatinate Forest. Competitors must complete at least four of the six offered distances to qualify for the overall ranking, which is held across age classes. The series includes the Donnersberglauf, Nanstein-Berglauf, Bad Dürkheimer Berglauf, Potzberg-Berglauf and Kalmit-Berglauf.

Catering & aid stations

Pacers

For the competition, target start times are set per start wave on the race day program (Renntag). Refer to the event-specific Renntag page for each distance for pacer-flag details and precise start waves.

Yes — each distance must be registered for individually via the registration page. Completing at least four distances qualifies you for the overall Pfälzer Berglauf-Pokal ranking.

Can I register on-site on race day?

On-site registration is only possible at the Bad Dürkheimer Berglauf due to on-site fee collection; for other distances, please register online in advance.

What counts as a valid finish for point scoring?

To earn points for the Pokal, you must complete the respective distance and have your finish recorded by the timing system (chip timing or equivalent).
