About
Poco Trail Relay is a team relay race on scenic trails near Port Coquitlam, featuring four legs with exchange points in parks and local landmarks. It emphasizes team building, trail running and community support.
Catering & aid stations
Water and electrolyte drinks provided at each exchange point. Carry additional fluids for the final leg. Aid stations also offer light snacks at exchange points and at the finish.
Pacers
Pacers will be present at exchange points and along key segments shown on the Renntag schedule (target times per start wave). Pacers carry flags to identify groups and help runners maintain target pacing; support vehicles and cheerleaders are encouraged on legs 2–4.
