About

The Coolest Obstacle Run in Canada — a snowy obstacle race at Albion Hills featuring 14 obstacles, 5–6 km of super terrain, wall climbs, crazy carpets, disc run and snow crawls.

Catering & aid stations

Fully stocked aid station with hydration and candy available on course.

Pacers

Event features multiple start waves every 15 minutes (starting 8:00 am) with pacers on course indicated by Pacerflaggen; refer to Renntag schedule for target times per wave.

FAQ

Who can participate?

Anyone 7 years of age and up — open to non-athletes and athletes alike.

What should I wear?

Trail running shoes or light boots, workout pants, a wicking layer, light jacket, gloves, and a toque; consider layering for -5°C average temps.

Are there obstacles?

Yes — 14 obstacles including wall climbs, crazy carpets, disc run, and snow crawls.

Is there a time limit?

Course completion window allows up to 2 hours; earlier waves are smaller and later waves cap at 150 participants.

What about team registration?

Teams of 10 or more receive a 10% discount; contact info@polarrush.ca for special codes.

Refund policy?

No refunds after December 31, 2026; registration is transferable up to Feb 24, 2027 at no extra cost.

Are spectators welcome?

Yes — spectators pay about $7.50 park fee and can enjoy food trucks and craft beer.
