About

Pomerania Ultra-Trail is a trail running event in northern Poland offering 100km, 65km, 42km, 21km and 11km distances on scenic off-road routes in Kashubia, supported by aid stations and featuring UTMB qualification points.

Catering & aid stations

On-course food and drink stations („Nutrizone” / buffets) offer water, isotonic drinks, coffee, tea, fruit, pastries, sausages, soup, and cola. Full lists are published 3 days before the event on the event Facebook page. No disposable cups at aid stations—use own cup/softlask. Sausage and soup available at select points.

Pacers

Pacers appear for pacemaker-paced groups listed on the start schedule (e.g., 11:30 for 11 km, 11:00 for 21 km). Pacers carry flags and are indicated in the start/finish lists; their target times per wave are shown on the start page and in the event app.
