About

An endurance race set at Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort just outside Zion National Park, offering distances from 5k to 150-miles with a 52-hour time limit. The event focuses on personal growth and community, with aid stations, camping, showers, hot tub, and recreational facilities on-site.

Catering & aid stations

Aid station at a large cabin (Cabin 42, the finish line) offers water, Gatorade, ginger ale, sodas, coffee, hot chocolate, and ice. Food includes oatmeal, bagels, bananas, hard boiled eggs, muffins, bacon, potatoes, candy bars, oranges, apples, grapes, cookies, peanut butter and honey/jelly, cold cut sandwiches, chips, pretzels, dried fruits, tortillas with fillings (hummus, beans), brownies, and energy gels. Additional meals for 50K+ runners and meal upgrades available.

Pacers

Pacers are welcome after the 30-mile mark of any ultra-distance race. Pacers must sign up for a bib and waiver to access food and drink at the aid station for the event.

Distances range from 5K to 100 miles, all with approximately a 52-hour cutoff time.

Is chip timing used?

Chip timing is not used for races under 50K; the rubber band method or manual counting is used. For 50 miles and longer, a clothespin counting system is used.
