Athletes who register for both a sprint triathlon and any running event receive a special challenge number and exclusive swag at registration.

What is the course like?

Sprint events use a 1/3-mile swim in Knights Pond, a 15-mile bike on scenic back roads, and a 3-mile run. Olympic events feature a 0.9-mile swim, 25-mile bike on the Eastern Trail, and a 6-mile run, finishing with a downhill then flat trail segment.
