About
A fast, popular 8k road race in St. John's, Newfoundland and Labrador, used as a key tune-up to the Tely 10. Organized by the Quidi Vidi Race Committee, it draws over 350 runners and features a scenic loop through Mundy Pond, Ropewalk Lane, Empire Avenue, and along Quidi Vidi Lake.
Catering & aid stations
Water at Empire @ Freshwater Quidi Vidi Brewery — aid stations on course with volunteers; finishers receive a complimentary beverage at the finish reception.
Pacers
Pacemakers will lead the main 8k wave targeting a 26:00 finish time. Additional pacers will be present for the 1k Kids Fun Run and 3k Family Fun Run. Look for pacer flags and volunteer marshals at key turns.
