The Rainier to Ruston Relay is a 50‑mile team relay from the foothills of Mount Rainier to Tacoma’s Ruston Way waterfront, organized to raise funds for the Foothills Rails‑to‑Trails Coalition. It emphasizes community, scenic trail running, and celebration with craft beer, food, and music at the finish.

Pacers
Runners must follow assigned start waves shown on the event map and pre-loaded GPX files. The finish line opens at 2:00 PM; teams arriving before 2:00 PM will be disqualified. Use provided GPX files on phone or watch; course markings may be tampered with, so electronic navigation is essential for safe navigation and timely exchanges.
