If a payment fails, both Stripe and the Rat Race customer service team will attempt to contact you. After 3 unsuccessful contact attempts, any unpaid booking will be treated as cancelled and removed from the event. Cancelled entries will not be eligible for transfer and no payments made will be refunded.
