Traditionell veranstaltet der ASC an jedem ersten Sonntag im neuen Jahr seinen Neujahrslauf. Dort gehen bis zu 2000 kleine und große Läufer auf einen Rundkurs um den Ratinger Marktplatz — vom Bambini-Lauf über 5 km und 10 km bis zum Hauptlauf.
