About
A family-friendly community race supporting child mental health, organized by the Alberta Children’s Hospital Foundation. Since 2017 the event has raised over $4.1 million to build The Summit, Calgary’s first community-based mental health centre for kids, and to fund youth mental health programs and research.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be present on race day with target times displayed by start wave on the event schedule (see ‘Renntag für Laufende’). Pacers help runners maintain even pacing and are identified by pacer flags at the start and on the course.
