The Rheindammlauf is an annual running event hosted by TuS Altrip, bringing together runners of all levels to enjoy a scenic route. Participants can expect a vibrant atmosphere with support from local spectators.
Catering & aid stations
Runners will have access to various aid stations along the course, providing water and energy drinks for hydration and support.
Pacers
Pacers will be available for both the 10k and half marathon, helping runners achieve their target finish times. Target times will be clearly marked on flags.
