Do I have time to explore the park?
Yes — your race fee includes all-day access to the Royal Gorge Bridge & Park, with ample time to explore historic attractions before and after the race.
Are strollers allowed on the course?
Strollers are welcome on the 5K course but not permitted on the 8 Mile Trail Run or Half Marathon Trail Run due to rocky terrain.
Are dogs allowed on the course?
Yes — leashed dogs are welcome. The Royal Gorge Bridge and park are dog-friendly with free kennels available.
Will the race be canceled for inclement weather?
The event runs rain or shine. If trails become too muddy, the city may close them and the 8-mile dirt road alternative will be used; no refunds are offered as it is a fundraiser for Starpoint.
