Dick Pond Racing team members: FREE. General public: $40 per person (or $30 before 5/15/2025 early bird).

What are the aid stations provided?

Each transition/aid station offers pretzels, granola bars, water, and some stations also provide Gatorade. Reusable bottles are encouraged; disposable cups are available.

Is parking available?

Yes — free parking at Red Hawk Park lot across from the start/finish at Dick Pond Athletics, and additional street parking near the course.

What should I do if I need accommodations or plan to use a stroller/wheelchair?

Contact the race director in advance at runningisfunsometimes@gmail.com so they can plan accordingly.
