Yes — online registration is available via the "Register Now" link; race day registration is also available at the Riverbend Shelter from 10:00 AM until start.
Can I participate virtually?
Yes — virtual participants can run or walk 19K any time from registration through June 19, 2026 and submit results via the IYR Virtual App or results tab.
What is the course like?
The 5K course runs through scenic park roads along the Genesee River Trail, with a modified route in 2026 due to environmental clean-up.
Are there aid stations?
Yes, light food and water are provided before and after the run/walk; community vendors will be on-site.
What post-race options are there?
All finishers receive a commemorative keepsake pint mug (while supplies last); post-race celebration includes snacks, refreshments, music, and an awards ceremony.
