About

Norway’s largest women’s and solidarity run — a mass-participation event raising funds and awareness for breast cancer research, open to all genders and abilities with multiple distances and route options.

Catering & aid stations

No on-course food or drink service — participants are advised to carry their own supplies.

Pace groups are defined per start wave on race day (Rensdyrtid for løpende). Refer to the event schedule/Renntag for start times and pacer flags; registration notes indicate pacer presence.

FAQ

Hvor koster det å delta?

Prisen er 500 NOK for både kort og lang løype, hvorav 250 NOK går uavkortet til Rosa sløyfe-aksjonen. Til sammen blir det 570,75 NOK inkluderende moms og transaksjonsgebyr. Virtual and Ildsjel tickets cost 400 NOK + fees (half goes to the cause).

Hvordan melder jeg meg på?

Register online via the website or the Min konto portal. Choose your city/district event or the virtual option, select distance, and complete payment.

Kan alle delta?

Yes — the race is open to all, with discounted rates for under-18 (use code UNG) and a free Mini option for children aged 3–9. Walkers and wheelchair users are welcome on the short course.

Er det tidsregistrering?

Chip timing is available for the long distance. Short distance does not have timing. Results and medal standings are published event day.

Hvor finner jeg startnummeret mitt?

Start numbers are provided at local pickup points in your city, typically a day or two before the event. You’ll receive an SMS with your number; collect it at the designated start number kiosk at the venue.
