No waitlist. When full, the event is closed.

What is the refund/drop-out policy?

No refunds, but you can transfer your entry to another runner up to September 1, 2026 via your race roster profile.

What is the mandatory gear list?

Good weather: backpack/run vest/run belt, windproof jacket, 1L water carrying capacity, 400kcal. Bad weather: backpack/run vest/run belt, windproof & waterproof hooded jacket, emergency blanket, 1L water carrying capacity, 400kcal. Poles are allowed.

Are there aid stations?

No aid stations; the event is 100% self-supported. There is a sweep, a first aid point on course, and one at start/finish.

Can I leave bags at the start line?

Yes — new for 2026. Please keep bags small; space is limited.

Can I park at the finish line?

Yes, parking is available at Rubble Creek but limited; car-sharing is encouraged.

Do I need to pre-book the shuttle?

Yes; book the shuttle up to September 1, 2026. The Cheakamus Service FSR requires off-road capable shuttles.

What if I get dropped off at the start line?

You will be asked to be dropped off 1 km from the start line at the shuttle turnaround spot due to limited turnaround space.

What about the shuttle?

The Cheakamus Service FSR is rough, so off-road capable shuttles are used. Parking is small, so shuttles drop runners 1 km from the start line (walk-in). Shuttle booking is required.

Should I attend the afterparty?

Yes — the afterparty in Squamish features food, drinks and music provided by sponsor Arc'teryx.
