Annual 5K Run/Walk benefiting Mennonite Central Committee held at Rice Park in Hutchinson, KS, with food, auctions, and volunteer opportunities.
Catering & aid stations
Food provided by donation including German, Russian/Ukrainian & Swiss Mennonite dishes in Cottonwood Court; cash or card accepted at food booths.
Pacers
Pacers will be provided for the 5K; see the schedule on race day at Rice Park for start waves and timing. Pacers help runners maintain target pace.

Schedule of Events & Activities
Schedule subject to change. Check back for updates. Friday Food/Market Booths 4:00-8:00 PM; Run for Relief 8:00 AM at Rice Park; check-ins: Fri 5-8 PM at Fairgrounds Meadowlark or Sat 7-7:30 AM at Rice Park; awards and auctions throughout the day.
How do I register?
Register online via the event page, by downloading the 2026 Entry Form, or on-site at check-in. Options include paid entry, fundraising, or remote participation.
Where can I pick up my race packet?
Packets can be picked up Friday night at the Run for Relief Booth in Meadowlark at the Kansas State Fairgrounds or Saturday morning at Rice Park.
What if the weather is bad?
The race will NOT be rescheduled in case of inclement weather; it will proceed as planned.
