The breath-taking Run Henham is organised by EPIC Norfolk and held all within the grounds of the private, stunning Henham Park (home to Latitude Festival), with a 10km or 1km fun run.
Pacers
Pacemakers will be provided on the 10 km race to help runners achieve target times per Startwelle, indicated on race day with Pacerflaggen. 2–6 sentences of guidance will be available on the event day from the pacers and on the start corral instructions.

Only bone conducting headphones are allowed.
Are dogs allowed to take part?
Dogs are not permitted to take part in the races.
I can no longer make it, can I defer?
Entries are non-refundable. You can transfer your place to another runner up to 2 weeks before the race. We cannot issue refunds or defer your entry to a future race.
