About
A family-friendly charity running event organized by Falmouth Rotary Club, held in the Cornish village of Mawnan Smith with a 5k, a 10k, and a 1 mile fun run, offering refreshments, entertainment, and a raffle.
Catering & aid stations
Complimentary drink station at Trebah Gardens for the 10k; refreshments include a licensed bar, barbecue, and cake stall after the finish.
Pacers
The 10km and 5km races start together at 10:00, with the Fun Run starting at 10:05. Pacers will be provided for the 10km and 5km races as indicated by Pacers and Start Waves in the Race Information.

Competitors must be over 18 years of age.

Children under 7 must be accompanied by a responsible person over 16.
Where and when is registration?
Registration is from 8:30–9:30am at Carwinion Playing Field.
Are there drink stations?
A drink station is available on the 10k route at approx 5km; there is no drink station on the 5km.
