FAQ

What is the refund, transfer, or cancellation policy?

No refunds, deferrals, or transfers are offered for the 100 mile or 50 mile runs. A partial credit for next year may be available if you withdraw before the specified deadline and your slot is taken from the waitlist; otherwise, the amount supports the charities.

Are there early bird start options?

Yes: 50-mile participants may choose an Early Bird start at 5:00 AM if desired; 100-mile participants may choose an Early Bird start at 7:00 AM. Note that course support (e.g., Mt. Werner aid station) may not be ready for Early Bird starts.

What is the time limit?

50-mile has a 15-hour limit (finish by 9:00 PM); 100-mile Tortoises have 36 hours (finish by Saturday 9:00 PM); Hares have 30 hours (finish by Saturday 7:00 PM). Early Bird starters must still finish by the same finish times to receive an official finish.
