How do I participate in a race?
Registration is through Webscorer.com. Choose between a LIVE event or Virtual options.
What is a Virtual race?
A race you complete on your own, anywhere you like but also with other people in different locations. Treat it like a real race and get others to join you.
How does the Virtual race work?
Sign up to order your race packet, set a date and pick a course, record your finish time with a watch or running app, and report your time via the Contact Us form or email.
Where are race photos posted?
Race photos are free and can be found in Albums on the Facebook page and linked in Event pages.
Are races timed and where are results posted?
Yes, 5K races are chip timed and results are posted live on Webscorer.com.
Do you have Age Group awards?
Yes, for live events with validated finish times: 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each age group.
What are the Age Group categories?
09 & Under, 10-12, 13-17, 18-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-69, 70-74, 75 & Over (updated for 2025).
Do you allow Change/Transfer/Refund requests?
All change requests must be received in writing before the race or within 24 hours after; after that, registration is considered a donation with no refunds.
Do you support charities?
Yes, a portion of proceeds is donated monthly to designated charities, with announcements on Facebook and event pages.
Do you need Volunteers?
Yes, volunteers are needed for event setup, check-in/registration, water stations, and finish line timing/medals.
