The Salmon Run is an exciting outdoor event that combines the thrill of competition with the beauty of nature. It aims to bring together avid runners and outdoor enthusiasts to celebrate fitness and well-being.
Catering & aid stations
There will be refreshment stations along the course providing water and snacks to participants.
Pacers
Pacers will be available for the 5km and 10km distances to help runners maintain their target times. Each pacer will carry a flag indicating their expected finish time.
