About
Rock Candy Running’s season finale Saturnalia is a festive 10K trail run through Squaxin Park in Olympia, WA, starting and finishing at Reeves Middle School. The race features holiday treats at an aid station, a finisher medal, and a no-cut, celebration-focused course with scenic views of the Puget Sound and Capitol.
Catering & aid stations
Aid station at the finish line stocked with water, oranges, and holiday treats; hot cider and cookies available; runners are encouraged to bring a collapsible cup (zero-waste event; composting and recycling provided).
Pacers
No pacers or pace bands are used; the race is self-paced with no cutoff — runners are welcome to walk. A pre-race briefing is held at 8:45 on the Reeves Middle School track.
