Pacers

Pacemakers will be present on the 5 km and 10 km runs with target times aligned to start waves shown in the event schedule (Renntag für Laufende). Pacers display pace flags to help runners maintain their desired speed — use them to keep a steady pace appropriate to your fitness.

Who can take part and is registration free?

The Sedus RUN is open to employees, families, local companies, clubs and the public. Registration is free for all participants.

What distances and categories are offered?

5 km Lauf, 10 km Lauf, Nordic Walking (5 km), and Kids RUN (600 m and 1200 m). All categories allow individual or team sign-up.

How are winners recognized?

Prizes are awarded to the fastest teams and individuals in each category, as well as special awards for the oldest participant and the company with the most finishers.
