The Semi-Marathon de Mons returns for its 8th edition on 4 October 2026, bringing runners and spectators together in the city of Mons for a festive day of sport and sharing, with multiple distances from 5 km to the half-marathon and all proceeds supporting the Télévie.
Refreshments (drinks and solids) will be available at aid stations along the course and at the finish.
Pacers will lead the semi-marathon with target splits to help runners maintain even pace: 1h30, 1h40, 1h50, 2h00, 2h10, 2h20. Pacer flag identifiers will be shown during the event.

Semi-marathon 21.097 km — €34 (pre-registrations until 31/07), €36 (01/08–27/09), €40 (28/09–04/10). 10 km — €13 (pre-registrations until 03/10). 5 km — €9 (pre-registrations until 03/10). Marche 10 km — €8 (pre-registrations until 04/10). Children (500 m / 1000 m) — €4 online.
Anyone in good physical condition can participate with no age limit. Children’s races are limited to the stated age ranges on the day of the event.
No, on-site registration is not allowed. Registrations are online only.
Participation in the race, secured pacing for selected races, drinks and food along the course, timing, and a finisher medal. The semi-marathon includes an official race T-shirt.
Prize ceremonies for top finishers and category winners take place after the races around 12:30.
From 15/09, participants receive a QR code by email. Smartphone or printed QR code is accepted. Same QR code is used for the race number.
Semi-marathon: Box A (1:00–1:39), Box B (1:40–1:49), Box C (1:50–1:59), Box D (2:00–2:09), Box E (2:10–3:00) at rue de Nimy. 10 km: Box at rue de Nimy until 10:10. 5 km and children: Grand-Place.
A maximum of 3 hours after the start. After that, the course may be reopened to traffic and refreshments are no longer guaranteed.
Bicycles, scooters, roller skates, motorcycles, etc., and pets are prohibited. Disobedience will result in exclusion.
Various paid parking locations are listed on the website; public transport to the Grand-Place is also recommended.
Yes. The Mons train station is about 1 km from the start (Grand-Place).
